Company Profile: Business names, contact info, and logos you provide to generate your PDFs.
Bid Data: If you choose to "Save Bid", the inputs, client names, and project details are securely stored in our cloud database to allow you to retrieve them across devices.
Payment Data: All payments are handled securely through Stripe. We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to operate IronMargins. We use it to authenticate your account, save your estimates, generate professional PDFs, and process billing. We utilize Google Analytics strictly to understand generalized website traffic and feature usage.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use Supabase, a secure, industry-standard backend, to store your user credentials and saved bids. Unsaved bids are processed entirely within your browser's local storage.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or client bid data to third parties. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors with our business partners.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To request complete deletion of your account and data, email us at support@ironmargins.com.

6. Advertising & Remarketing

We use third-party advertising and measurement services to help us reach users who may benefit from IronMargins and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns:

Google Ads & Google Analytics 4: We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These services may collect anonymized information about your visits to our site using cookies (_ga, _gid, _gcl_au) to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. You may opt out at adssettings.google.com or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Microsoft Advertising (Bing Universal Event Tracking): We use the Microsoft UET pixel to track ad conversions and build remarketing audiences on Microsoft and partner networks. Microsoft may set cookies including MUID, _uetsid, and _uetvid. You may manage Microsoft advertising preferences at account.microsoft.com/privacy.
