Our Promise: We want you to be fully satisfied with IronMargins. Because we offer a free tier for you to test the software, our Pro subscription is billed on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term contract.
You may cancel your IronMargins Pro subscription at any time. Cancellations can be processed directly within your account by navigating to Company Profile -> Manage Subscription & Billing.
When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active and you will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will downgrade to the free tier.
Because the software provides immediate access to cloud storage, unwatermarked PDF generation, and premium features, we do not automatically offer pro-rated refunds for partially unused months.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed immediately but may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.
